We are vastly experienced and professional personal trainers who are based in Leeds, but also cover Harrogate and Wetherby. We can train our clients at their homes, in any outside space like a park, or you can even train at our own personal gym. All our personal trainers are Registered Exercise Professionals [REPs]. We offer a free consultation that includes health, dietary and lifestyle analysis, to understand and develop a customised training programme for each of our clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame. Whether you aim is to lose weight, tone up, bulk up or train for a race – it’s not a problem, we’ll get you fit!
