Our unique feature is that our team will not permit a lifetime mortgage If there are areas of our discussion which require specialist advice then I will confirm the type of advisor you should be talking to – I deal solely with equity release advice this makes me a full time specialist. I have access to other advisor’s that would gladly help and support any other areas of your enquiry. Equity Release can affect means tested benefits and your tax situation – I would make you aware of your current position at our meeting. As equity release reduces the future potential inheritance – Please feel free to invite your family to our meeting. Don’t speak to a call centre – I would personally deal with your enquiry from start to finish including the full application package to completion.
